ESYLUX GmbH / Elektro-Technische-Systeme GmbH grants the user the exclusive and non-transferable right to load and use the ESYLUX product database in an original Engineering Tool Software (ETS). The product database is made available free-of-charge and in a machine-readable format. There is no corresponding right to claim the release of the source code.

The ESYLUX product database contains ESYLUX-specific knowledge and software developed especially for ESYLUX products. The use or transfer to products of other manufacturers is not permitted as this may result in undesirable or dangerous conditions in systems or products.

Liability for material defects and defects in title

ESYLUX GmbH / Elektro-Technische Systeme GmbH shall only be liable for intent or gross negligence, particularly with regard to the suitability of the product database (datasets, files, programmes).

Viruses

In spite of careful and regular checking, ESYLUX GmbH / Elektro-Technische Systeme GmbH cannot guarantee that this website and downloadable files are free from viruses. Before downloading documentation, software, product databases and information, the user must arrange appropriate safety precautions and up-to-date virus scanning.
