DALI-2 for the perfect lighting at all times

Flexible switching of groups and time functions

In order to meet the specifications of the Building Energy Code (BEC), Cook Medical chose to install APC20 presence detectors from ESYLUX in its Hong Kong office to create a presence-, daylight- and time-dependent DALI-2 light control system. In the conference room with mobile partition walls, an APC20 presence detector simply switches the light groups when the use of the room changes. In the open-plan office area, an inviting orientation light is activated when the room is empty and there is insufficient daylight – but only on working days between 8:30 and 17:30.
